Credit card payments (MasterCard, Discover, Amex) are accepted online only by logging into your PS Data account http://vpn-students.poly.edu/, or the payment gateway directly at https://commerce.cashnet.com/polysp. A valid PS Data/NYU-Poly student ID is required for access to either site.

This interest –free payment plan is offered through Tuition Management Systems (TMS). Tuition for the year can be paid monthly from August 15, 2007 to April 15, 2008. There is a $90.00 non-refundable enrollment fee for the plan. Payments are made directly to TMS. You may also enroll for the Fall Semester only. However, if you choose this option all payments must be made by November 15, 2007. You will be charged $87.00 per semester if you choose to enroll on a per semester basis.

If your company offers tuition reimbursement, payment of your tuition can be deferred until after the end of the semester in which you are attending. For example, Summer 2007 tuition will be due on Sept 14, 2007; Fall 2007 tuition will be due on February 1, 2008; Spring 2008 tuition will be due on June 15, 2008. All students wishing to participate in the deferment plan will be charged a $150.00 enrollment fee.

To participate, download the semester-appropriate Tuition Deferment Plan Promissory Note from www.poly.edu/studentaccounts/forms and submit it with the following:

• A letter from your employer confirming your eligibility for reimbursement (a new letter is required for each semester that you enroll in the tuition deferred plan)
• $150.00 enrollment fee.
• Any uncovered portion of your tuition.

In addition, if payment is not received by the due date, a $150.00 late fee will be assessed.

Polytechnic Institute of NYU will accept authorization to bill a third party (e.g. company, government agency, or organization sponsoring a student). The authorization must be in writing and state that the third party will pay Polytechnic Institute of NYU directly. Payment is due upon receipt of the bill and must not be contingent on grades. If for any reason payment is denied, you are 100% liable for your tuition.

Students may pay their tuition & fees by sending a wire transfer directly to our bank. Please contact our offices for wire transfer information.
